The viewing on Gidon’s Designs.co.uk site is free, when you purchase from the site you agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use the Gidon’s Designs.co.uk services. Please make sure you read this before using the site as use of the site implies acceptance of those terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards which include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Solo. Currently we do not accept Diners Card.

Your card will be charged on receipt of order. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock you will not be charged for them until they have been despatched to you. You will be advised by e-mail as soon as possible if your order is delayed or we are unable to complete it. If a delay does occur then we will give you an estimated delivery date for that item.

When you order online from Gidon’s Designs.co.uk we require you to provide your name, telephone number and postal and email addresses. We do this so that we can keep you informed about the status of your order and so we can contact you in the event of any problems. All information is completely confidential and is not divulged to any third parties other than PayPal, who process all our credit card transactions. We hate unsolicited email as much as everyone else and promise that your personal information will never be sold to spammers.

All goods remain the property of Gidon’s Designs until payment is received in full. Interest may be charged on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Images for Wallpaper Murals or Prints

A. Gidon’s Designs.co.uk reserves the right to refuse and reject any image that it believes is illegal, immoral or offensive.
B. Gidon’s Designs.co.uk reserves the right to reject any image that fails to meet the minimum image quality guidelines as described in the image guidelines document available on this site. Should Gidon’s Designs.co.uk refuse or reject an image in accordance with either conditions A, B and C of these terms and conditions a refund will be issued within 14 days. Gidon’s Designs.co.uk reserve the right to charge a processing and handling fee of 10% on all refunds.

D. Customers wishing to cancel their order after payment has been made will be refunded their payment minus a 10% handling fee provided that production of their Wallpaper Murals or Prints has not started. Once production of Wallpaper Murals or Prints has started, customers will only be entitled to cancel their order should 28 days elapse between receipt of image and delivery.

Delivery

Delivery of the finished Wallpaper Murals or Prints will normally be within 10 -14 days of receipt of the users original image.

In the event or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused. By any event or circumstance beyond our Customers not receiving their Wallpaper Murals or Prints, after 28 days have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund, Gidon’s Designs.co.uk will not charge a handling fee under these circumstances.
